The Lighting Production Plant in Chrzanów manufactures rear and front lamps for passenger cars using advanced metallization, assembly, and plastic injection technologies. The plant also has a fully equipped measurement laboratory with a unique photometric research tunnel. In connection with the development of new projects, a modern Development Center has been opened in Chrzanów, which will focus on designing and producing innovative lighting systems for passenger cars.

Your Tasks:

• Leading the industrialization of new devices and production lines (IPROM, tests, machine acceptance)
• Cooperation with suppliers and support in the design and operation of robotic workstations
• Creating and implementing process validation plans, participation in PFMEA and Control Plan
• Monitoring production indicators (QCDM) and implementing optimization activities (cycle, costs, efficiency)
• Supporting the production team in solving technical problems and training
• Promoting Valeo standards, safety, and 5S in the area of automation and robotics

Requirements:

• Higher technical education (automation, robotics, mechatronics or related)
• Experience in working with industrial robots and/or PLC programming
• Knowledge of production processes and quality tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC)
• Ability to analyze technical problems and implement optimization activities
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level
