The Production Plant in Chrzanów manufactures rear and front lamps for passenger cars using advanced metallization, assembly, and plastic injection technologies. The facility also has a fully equipped measurement laboratory with a unique photometric research tunnel. In connection with the development of new projects, a modern Development Center has been opened in Chrzanów, focusing on designing and producing innovative lighting systems dedicated to passenger cars.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Analyzing customer requirements, legal regulations, and internal standards to create product testing strategies
• Developing EOLT specifications and creating test programs and systems (hardware and software)
• Analyzing test results and failures, proposing corrective action scenarios, and collaborating with the R&D and Software Validation team
• Creating and validating test equipment specifications and supporting the development of automated test systems
• Verifying and improving functional testers, participating in FMEA, and supporting test technicians in daily operations
• Implementing new testing processes and devices in mass production and continuously improving quality, cost, and efficiency

You Should Have:

• Technical higher education
• At least 2 years of experience in testing/automation
• Knowledge of CAN communication and issues related to the integration of electronic/computer subsystems
• Basic knowledge of Python is desirable
• Ability to create and analyze test scripts
• Fluent English communication skills
• Knowledge of photometry and in-car lighting systems will be an additional advantage
