Main Responsibilities:

• Solving qualitative problems in production
• Analyzing defects in production on a daily basis
• Collaborating with the quality auditors team
• Ensuring information transfer within the team, preparing corrective solutions for qualitative problems
• Validation and preparation of production deviations, based on risk analysis, FMEA review...
• Representing the company with customers in discussions about qualitative problems and ensuring communication with the customer or resident engineer Valeo
• Organizing regular visits to customers
• Ensuring control and evidence of customer systems (B2B)
• Ensuring quick response (QR) and implemented measures within 24 hours after a customer complaint
• Controlling sorting costs
• Coordinating developed analyses (FTA) for each customer complaint
• Coordinating implemented corrective actions
• Supporting in solving complaints
• Ensuring continuous improvement of quality tools in production
• Participating in process audits
• Validation of product and process modifications

Requirements:

• Higher education in a technical direction or secondary education with relevant experience
• Interest in quality and work in the automotive industry
• Experience or knowledge in the quality automotive field is an advantage
• Active knowledge of AJ - communication with foreign customers
• Driver's license group B for business trips
• Responsibility, analytical thinking, systematic approach, flexibility, and customer orientation, resistance to stress
• Knowledge of MS Office, mainly Excel and PowerPoint
