As an HR Support Apprentice, your missions will be:

Administration of Personnel and Payroll (40%)

• Writing contracts, amendments
• Following up on employee files, DPAE, medical visits
• Support on time management and payroll
• Legal monitoring and responses to employee requests

Recruitment (5%)

• Writing and distributing job announcements
• Sourcing and selection of CVs
• Telephone prequalifications and in-person interviews
• Management of follow-up and internship campaigns

Training & HR Development (20%)

• Participation in annual and professional interviews campaigns
• Help on career management and internal mobility
• Follow-up of the skills development plan

Communication/Events, Engagement Committee (20%)

• Site communication to manage in relation to requests from the Management and in compliance with the Annual Communication Plan
• Internal audit concerning Employee Engagement: budget to be set up before audit
• Deployment and follow-up of QVCT actions (e.g., deployment of the employee satisfaction survey)

Social Relations (15%)

• Support to the organization of professional elections
• Support concerning relations with the labor inspection
• Help in the preparation of the CSE (indicators, responses to questions…)
