Job Summary:
This role is responsible for resolving complex HR issues with a balanced approach of technical expertise, process insight, and empathetic service. As a subject matter expert, the T3 Specialist provides advanced troubleshooting, clear guidance on best practices, and ensures timely, accurate resolutions that enhance the employee experience across all levels of the organization—from GSS to resort Senior Leadership Teams (SLTs).
In addition to issue resolution, the T3 Specialist proactively identifies knowledge gaps, streamlines workflows, and contributes to the development of scalable solutions that improves HR services from Genpact to the resorts. This role requires strong analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement in HR operations.

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $22.00/hr - $28.05/hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
