Job Summary: The Manager of Account Service plays a critical role within the in-house Creative Agency of Vail Resorts. The Account Service team supports strategic brand initiatives and Go-To-Market (GTM) creative development for our Resorts and internal businesses. This role leads the end-to-end creative development process including project planning, intake, ongoing communication, timeline management, creative development, QA, deployment, and performance analysis. Additionally, this role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our internal stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and the creative aligns with business objectives. This position is accountable to ensure that Vail Resorts generates breakthrough creative strategies, develops world-class creative assets, and executes with high efficiency in partnership with the Creative Development and Production & Asset Management functions on the Creative Services team. This position will be a subject matter expert in best-in-class creative, brief templates, GTM processes, timeline management, and maximizing resources to drive efficiencies. The successful candidate will lead with a client service mindset, working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners and vendors, and various cross-functional partners.

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $85,863.60 - $110,362.73 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Vail Resorts offers a 'Hybrid' work environment for Broomfield-based roles where employees must live within 50 miles of the Broomfield office and work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and have flexibility to work off-site on Mondays and Fridays.
