Responsibilities What You'll Do: The Director, HR Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to C-Suite organizational leaders and the designated service line leaders in aligning business objectives with employees and human resources related initiatives and policies. The successful Director will assess and anticipate HR-related needs within the business and act as an employee champion and change agent as appropriate. The incumbent will serve as an integral HR team leader within a global organization which specializes in rapid mission and operational readiness. 25% travel expected. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Education BA/BS Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or another related field required master's degree preferred. One year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of required education. Experience: Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and labor relations, diversity, performance management, and federal, state, and international employment laws. Minimum of 6 to 10 years' experience in human resources. 3-5 years' experience resolving complex employee relations issues. Skill: Strong written and oral communication skills required. Other Requirement: United States citizenship required. Software: Familiarity with HRIS systems and ATS. Technology: Company computer, printer, copy machine and other general office equipment.

The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company. USD $ 165,000 - 205,000 Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
