User Services Specialist
The User Services Specialist will provide high quality customer service to the campus community by encouraging, facilitating, and monitoring the circulation and usage of the Library’s collections and spaces. Oversees the building security and safety issues and manages building facility issues during acting supervisor shifts. Provides patron assistance at the service desk. Supervises student assistants and assists with student training development. Assist with shared department service responsibilities, stacks projects, and inventory processes.
