The Secretary may perform any of the Support Service Office functions as listed below, but duties may not be limited to those functions listed below:
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma required; Associate's degree or higher preferred. Previous business office experience required; experience in a school setting preferred. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with Google Drive, SharePoint, and OneDrive preferred. Familiarity with Aspire, Data Gateway, Frontline, and LINQ preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
