Lead Software Engineer
You will be a Lead Software Engineer within the F-22 IMIS program located at HAFB, UT. As a Lead Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Accountable for the Software Product Team's overall engineering technical, capability, and schedule performance for the ground systems team at HAFB.
- Coordination planning, organization, integration and completion of software development projects.
- Providing Software Product Team progress and plans to Leadership.
- Instantiates solutions across all components of software systems through design, integration, implementation and support.
- Leveraging proven processes, lessons learned, and best practices from other parts of business or industry.
- Ensuring program plans and technical baselines are consistent with Program Control processes and Modern Engineering Practices.
- Planning and formulating engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.
- Coordinating activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
- Lead a mixed team of LM and Air Force Civil Service Engineers.

Basic Qualifications:
- Secret Security Clearance
- Engineering or related technical degree
- Previous software development experience in C++
Desired Skills:
- Experience leading software teams
- Experience writing and debugging C++ code
- Experience writing and debugging SQL code
- Experience using Oracle database
- Experience with Solaris
- Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Experience with Agile software development
- Experience with F-22 IMIS

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
- Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
