We are seeking a Software Engineer I to join our DMS+ Fixed Operations team, where you'll help build the next-generation Dealer Management System that powers the automotive industry. As a Software Engineer I, you'll contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining applications while ensuring code quality through unit testing and best practices. You'll work in an Agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. This role also involves troubleshooting, documenting solutions for team knowledge sharing, and staying current with emerging technologies. Over time, you'll develop a strong understanding of the applications and systems that drive our business.

Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $72,200.00 - $108,200.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
