As a software development engineer, you'll be a technical leader driving the evolution of Adobe's experience platform. You'll architect scalable systems, influence governance strategy, and build tools that empower data-driven innovation across industries.

What you'll build:

• Distributed microservices for data ingestion, transformation, and governance.
• Metadata-driven APIs that support lineage tracking, policy enforcement, and federated access control.
• AI-enhanced developer tools for compliance automation and anomaly detection.

What you bring:

• 4+ years of experience in backend or platform engineering, preferably in cloud-native environments.
• Expertise in Java or Python; experience with distributed systems.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $159,200 -- $301,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
