Provides desktop support for Salt Lake County users at local and remote sites. Responds to trouble calls, performs day-to-day service desk operations duties, and provides technical support to county staff as needed. This position is a Desktop Support & Endpoint Management Specialist who is responsible for delivering high-quality end-user support, managing Apple and Windows devices, and maintaining accurate IT asset lifecycle tracking.
