The Role

We are seeking a Professional Services Service Delivery Manager to lead strategic service delivery initiatives and drive customer success within a defined sales organization. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role responsible for managing service engagements, optimizing delivery practices, and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the Professional Services engagements for your assigned sales region, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Professional Services engagements within your territory.
  • Oversee project delivery using a shared resource pool in collaboration with other Service Delivery and Professional Services Managers.
  • Develop and implement best practices to improve service quality, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Design and launch new service offerings that address evolving customer requirements.
  • Partner with Sales to support pre-sales efforts, deployment planning, and customer onboarding.
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators ("KPI") to evaluate and improve practice performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.

What You Bring to the Team

Proven experience in Professional Services, Service Delivery, or Customer Success leadership roles. Strong project management and engagement oversight skills. Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction and successful solution adoption. Experience working in a matrixed environment with shared resources. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
