Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their concerns.
- Provide detailed explanations of necessary repairs and services.
- Prepare repair orders, including cost estimates and timelines.
- Identify sources to procure needed parts, get quotes, and issue purchase orders.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward resolutions.

- Process payments and assist with invoice procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of service truck, and truck systems repair and maintenance.
- Ability to explain technical details in simple terms.
- Organizational skills to manage scheduling and workflow.
- Problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively.
