As the Senior Director of Global Marketing (Nephrology & Immunology), you will transform science into strategy by driving global brand strategy, influencing launch preparations and execution, and forging connections across the enterprise. This role is responsible for the launch of a first-in-class monoclonal antibody within the Nephrology & Immunology portfolio and leading the Phase 2 and Phase 3 commercial decisions for multiple assets and indications within a growing portfolio. A successful candidate must be a strong matrix leader, good communicator and well-rounded global commercial leader, with proven results in shaping and implementing brand strategy, creating and delivering impactful and innovative Global programs to excel performance across the Globe. Clear strategic thinking with the ability to lead and demonstrate passion for the brand is required. This role will be responsible for supporting the development of indication selection, prioritization, global launch sequencing, pricing strategy and assessments. Critical to the role will be partnering with Global Clinical Development, Regulatory, Medical, Real World Evidence, and the Regional/Local affiliate teams. This role is responsible for co-leading a Product Development Committee with R&D, this is an endorsement body within the organization, for multiple assets/indications. In this role, this person will be responsible for endorsing all asset decisions spanning development, evidence generation, and commercialization. This role is open due to promotion from within the team. 12+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing / commercial functions, with deep experience in launch strategy and pre-launch planning. Proven global launch experience with Global Product Launch, pre launch planning, market readiness frameworks, multi indication management. People leadership experience with direct-reports; ability to coach and develop talent. Clear, persuasive communicator; effective with senior leadership; strong storytelling. Communication within Matrix Organization including R&D. Understanding of US/EU/Asia markets; ability to work in fast-paced, high visibility environments; travel readiness. Proven success leading cross-functional teams through late-stage development and global commercialization. Expertise in global congress planning, KOL strategy, and market readiness frameworks. Strong strategic thinking, business case development, and stakeholder influence. Experience in Nephrology, Immunology, dermatology or autoimmune therapeutic areas preferred. Agility and ability to onboard new topics quickly. Undergraduate degree in marketing, science, or business required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD, MD) strongly preferred.
