As a Data Solutions Technical Associate, you turn large-scale consumer data into actionable audience strategies that power sales and client success. You'll work across cloud-based datasets with SQL and Python, visualize findings, and package insights into clear, business-ready stories for technical and non-technical listeners. In partnership with teams across Acxiom you'll help prospects and clients alike to unify, enrich, and leverage their data in the smartest ways possible. This role can be located almost anywhere in the U.S.
Data Interpretation & Storytelling:
Use tools such as SQL and Python to explore, join, and profile large consumer datasets, answering client questions with clear evidence.
Create reusable code snippets, query templates, and automation that shorten future pre-sales cycles.
Contribute to internal playbooks and training that elevate technical proficiency across Sales and Client-Success teams.
3+ years working with consumer data with a focus on marketing application and usage. SQL expertise and Python proficiency. Experience working with large consumer data sets in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, etc). Strong product management capabilities. Knowledge of consumer data and identity landscape in the United States. Understanding of direct marketing principles, digital media applications, and industry trends. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Strategic mindset with strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work both solo and in team setting to achieve client and organizational goals. Detail-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to complex challenges. Strong working knowledge Office365, AI tools, data visualization tools. Ability to travel.
