Program Support Specialist -- Logan, Utah

The Utah Association of Conservation Districts (UACD) is seeking qualified applicants for a Program Support Specialist position located at the USDA/NRCS Service Center in Logan, Utah. This is an in-person, full-time, entry-level position.

Position Overview: The Program Support Specialist will assist the Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) District Conservationist and other staff with Farm Bill program delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• The specialist will provide timely support for application and contract processing.
• They will maintain accurate records and documentation.
• The position requires effective communication with program participants.
• The specialist will assist with contract management and funding requests.
• Additional administrative duties will be assigned as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• The applicant must have a high school diploma.
• The applicant should have office experience, including basic computer skills.
• Must be able to pass federal background check.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday -- Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Occasional travel between area offices may be required.
