Product Marketing Operations Manager

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Operations Manager to fuel the success of OCI Multicloud solutions in partnership with industry leaders like AWS, Azure, and GCP. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the center of Oracle's Multicloud strategy, driving cross-company and cross-partner collaboration to bring game-changing solutions to market. You'll orchestrate the end-to-end logistics behind high-visibility PR, communications, joint marketing campaigns, website content, social media strategies, and headline-making partner events. Your work will be seen—and felt—across the industry. This is your opportunity to work with senior stakeholders, shape the multicloud narrative, and play a key role in accelerating OCI's growth and customer impact. You'll bring together Oracle's global teams and world-class partners, ensuring that innovation is delivered flawlessly to customers worldwide.

This team is targeting candidates in the U.S. who can work ONSITE in Nashville-TN (priority location) or Austin-TX/Seattle-WA (secondary). Relocation Assistance provided. (This is not a remote position) Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic operations lead for high-profile multicloud marketing initiatives, uniting Oracle and partner organizations on a global stage
  • Plan and flawlessly execute logistics for impactful PR, press releases, joint campaigns, digital launches, and marquee partner events
  • Own and drive project plans, track deliverables, coordinate leadership approvals, and proactively resolve roadblocks, ensuring timely and effective marketing execution
  • Orchestrate Oracle and partner marketing calendars for maximum reach and influence, making sure every milestone is met
  • Keep key marketing assets sharp and up-to-date—solution briefs, website content, presentations—with input from top product and partner teams
  • Collaborate with communications, legal, digital, and social teams to deliver a unified multicloud message to the world
  • Measure and share the results of campaigns, turning insights into action and driving continuous improvement
  • Build strong alliances with partner marketing leaders at industry giants, elevating the impact of every initiative

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5–10 years' experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or product marketing at a leading technology company
  • Expertise in driving major joint marketing programs with top cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional efforts and deliver on ambitious goals in a complex, global environment
  • Superior organizational and project leadership skills; thrive under deadlines and bring precision to every detail
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and a passion for enabling world-class multicloud solutions
  • Exceptional communicator and relationship-builder, adept at influencing internal stakeholders and external partners alike

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following: medical, dental, and vision insurance, including expert medical opinion; short term disability and long term disability; life insurance and AD&D supplemental life insurance (Employee/Spouse/Child); health care and dependent care Flexible Spending Accounts; pre-tax commuter and parking benefits; 401(k) Savings and Investment Plan with company match; paid time off: flexible vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 11 paid holidays; paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours; paid parental leave; adoption assistance; Employee Stock Purchase Plan; financial planning and group legal; voluntary benefits including auto, homeowner and pet insurance.
