Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager will own go-to-market strategy and execution for both Control4 hardware solutions and the OvrC platform. This role bridges hardware and software, helping integrators successfully sell, deploy and support Control4 systems while unlocking the full potential of OvrC as a critical integrator tool. This person will collaborate with Product, Sales, Education, Support and Creative Services to bring new innovations to market, enable integrator success and drive ongoing adoption and engagement. The ideal candidate understands B2B product marketing and can balance hardware launches with software adoption programs for integrators.

Job Duties:

  • Support go-to-market strategy and execution for Control4 hardware launches and OvrC platform releases, including positioning, messaging, launch campaigns and ongoing demand generation.
  • Drive adoption and engagement campaigns for OvrC, helping integrators maximize value from the platform.
  • Develop marketing materials that help integrators understand, adopt and sell.
  • Track and report on campaign and asset performance, surfacing insights that inform optimization and future planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver initiatives that meet expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Champion the voice of the integrator by ensuring dealer needs and feedback shape positioning, launches and campaigns.

You Must Have:

  • 2+ years' experience in product marketing or related roles.
  • Demonstrated success in launching or supporting hardware and/or B2B software products.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and levels of the business, including working closely with creative marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, juggle multiple projects, and solve problems with agility.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
