Our aim is to provide world-class technical support on the core capabilities that enable clients to run on Pega Infinity applications and Pega Cloud Services. You will be a part of a proactive, architecture-focused group within our larger Global Customer Support (GCS) organization. Due to the nature of work with FedRamp, US Citizenship is required.
Your role centers on enabling seamless deployment and integration of Pega applications by providing deep technical expertise and consulting on platform architecture and integrations; supporting functional services that power Pega's as-a-service platform; collaborating with internal teams and customers, and acting as a subject matter expert in platform architecture, helping developers define best practices and troubleshoot complex issues. This is not a traditional help desk role- it is developer-to-developer support, where you will solve intricate problems and contribute to the evolution of Pega's platform.
