Job Profile Summary
The PandT People Center Compliance Analyst serves as a dedicated compliance resource within the People and Talent People Center team, ensuring that all HR processes align with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements. This role is responsible for owning and executing critical compliance-related activities, including unemployment claims, internal audits, document management, labor law poster adherence, employee immigration processes, and I-9/E-Verify administration. By proactively monitoring compliance obligations and standardizing processes, the PandT People Center Compliance Analyst helps safeguard WGU against risk, supports consistent application of policies, and enables a seamless employee experience. As compliance needs evolve, this role will adapt to address emerging requirements, provide subject matter expertise, and partner across People and Talent functions to strengthen the PandT People Center's overall compliance framework.
