Network & Communications Team Position
This is an on-site position. The person hired must be located in or near Ogden, Utah. United States Citizenship is required. The position will be filled at E32 or E33 level, depending on candidate qualifications. Position will assist the Network & Communications team in implementing, testing and evaluating network infrastructure including but not limited to switching, routing, wireless networks, cloud (AWS, OCI, Azure) networks. Position supports Weber State Ogden, Davis and all other remote locations.
Duties include:
- Troubleshoot and fix network related issues.
- Participate in the Network & Communications on-call rotation.
- Monitor quality and install of network physical plant (CAT6, CAT6A, fiber, etc.) work being done by contractors.
- Assist with campus IPTV system.
