Risk Management Generalist

As a risk management generalist at PwC, you will provide advisory and practical support to teams across a wide range of specialist risk and compliance areas. What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of experience

• Proven experience in mentoring junior team members
• Demonstrating financial acumen for reconciling budgets
• Excelling in delivering consistent customer service
• Managing and delivering structured onboarding programs
• Designing and executing quality monitoring frameworks
• Developing and maintaining training plans for team members
• Leading process improvement and optimization initiatives
• Familiarity with Advanced Excel and Power BI
• Experience in life science meetings and events

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
