The Opportunity: As part of the Data and Analytics team, you are expected to lead the creation and implementation of impactful business intelligence initiatives. As a Director, you are expected to set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. You are crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders, fostering environments where people and technology thrive together.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the strategic direction for business intelligence initiatives.
• Lead business development efforts to drive growth.
• Oversee and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Maintain and enhance executive-level client relationships.
• Mentor and develop the future leaders.
• Foster an environment where technology and people thrive together.
• Assure standards of quality, integrity, and inclusion.
• Promote innovative solutions and thought leadership in business intelligence.

What You Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10 years of experience

What Sets You Apart:

• Building a managed services organization
• Leading cloud scale development for Data Integration
• Oversight and guidance in Data Integration tools
• Interacting with data quality systems and processes
• Understanding multi-cloud/hybrid cloud data integration
• Creating data models for business applications
• Architecting large volume/scale data integration performance
• Leading the development of accelerators/prebuilt solutions
• Master's Degree preferred
