Our Business Intelligence platform of products provides enterprise-class level performance, security, scalability and manageability apart from the very sophisticated and innovative features in core analytics. The BI platform is world-class federated database. It enables business applications to query data from multiple heterogeneous systems and perform advanced business analytics. This platform enables companies to quickly and accurately gain a holistic view of their performance, as well as optimize their decision-making process.

On this team, you will apply your knowledge of software development to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing enterprise class software application. Working within a highly successful product development team within an agile, iterative process, you will support, debug, and provide solutions, engage in programs and initiatives to analyze the root cause of issues and recommend and evolve suitable solution approaches to address the challenges in time-sensitive fashion. This role is for you if you love solving enterprise grade cloud services problems. You must be a firm believer of solving sophisticated problems by writing code. We have product code in all possible layers of complex multi-tier distributed environment.

To be considered for a Java Software Engineer position in Oracle Health and Analytics, you must possess the Objective Minimum Qualifications (OMQs) below. Completed a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related science/engineering field by August 2026.

Are proficient and demonstrate skills (i.e., able to complete coding projects with no assistance) in Java.

Are proficient in at least two of these additional programming languages:

• JavaScript/Typescript
• SQL
• HTML/CSS
• Python

Have the ability to implement sophisticated algorithms and data structures in very complex systems with the highest quality.

Demonstrated experience (projects, internships, coursework, research) with three or more of the following areas:

• Object Oriented Design
• Microservices
• Container Architecture (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Machine Learning/AI
• Operating Systems
• Cloud Computing
• Multithreading
• Distributed Systems
• Database
• Web Development
• Web Services
• User Interface Design

Completed at least one internship, research assistantship, teaching assistantship, or equivalent practical experience working with the relevant areas noted above.

Reside in the United States and/or attend a university in the US.

Able to obtain work authorization for 2026.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $68,500 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
