The IT Services System Administrator I is part of a small team which supports multiple enterprise systems including Active Directory, MS Exchange, and Cloud services and technologies. ARUP Laboratories is a national clinical and anatomic pathology reference laboratory and an enterprise of the University of Utah and its Department of Pathology. Based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Qualifications:
Education Required + High School Diploma or Equivalent or better in Accounting
Licenses & Certifications Preferred + Applic Professional Cert + A+ Certification
Experience Required + Knowledge of Active Directory domain services and AzureAD + Competence in Windows OS (Workstation & Server) support + Knowledge of MS Exchange & Office365 functionality + Two (2) years of continuous IT Systems Support experience
Or one (1) year of continuous experience with appropriate IT Certification
Preferred + College degree in IT Systems or related field + IT Industry Certification (A+, MCP, MCSE, etc.) + Relevant Technology Certifications + Familiarity with Cloud services (Azure, AWS, etc.) + Knowledge of PowerShell Cmdlets, Pipeline, etc. + Knowledge of Apple MacOS support
