The Dispatch Lead is responsible for overseeing the movement of job orders throughout the factory including COMSEC materials to support the build cycle. This role requires collaboration with various departments, supporting component requests from the floor to the stores team, ensuring that all orders are accurately tracked using SAP and other systems. The Dispatch Lead will support and guide the dispatch team, oversee the accuracy of the dispatch system, and ensure WIP accuracy. Additionally, the role involves running reports, reconciling differences, creating weekly/monthly routes for the dispatch team, conducting audits, and acting as a key point of contact for management.
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. Preferred additional skills include:
