Internal Sales Representative | Logan,UT

Nexeo HR, on behalf of our client partners, is seeking motivated Internal Sales Representatives to join the growing sales team in Logan, Utah. In this role, you will sell and promote innovative software and services to municipal government agencies nationwide. You’ll focus on building strong client relationships, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals. Responsibilities:

• Make 50-65 outbound calls per day to municipal government entities and prospective clients
• Build rapport and identify client needs through effective communication
• Schedule and conduct virtual software demonstrations with decision-makers
• Negotiate, prepare, and send contracts to prospects
• Accurately track communications and activities using CRM (Pipedrive)
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and managers
• Stay informed on company products, competitors, and industry trends
• Consistently achieve activity goals, including scheduling 3-5 demonstrations per day

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of daily calls
• High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and accept feedback (coachability)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Previous sales, call center, or customer-facing experience preferred
• CRM experience a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must pass a drug test and background check

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | No weekends or holidays
