The Role

Intern must be available to work full time (40 hours/week) during the 10-week program + Program Dates: May 29 – August 7, 2026. + Location: This position is fully remote / work from home in the continental US. + Work Authorization: US Work Authorization required for this role.

The Main Responsibilities

The Marketing Operations Data & Technology Intern will support the Analytics Engineering and Reporting team in building scalable data solutions that power marketing insights and personalization. This intern will gain hands-on experience with data modeling, reporting, and performance analysis using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. In addition to core analytics work, the intern will have the opportunity to:

  • Shadow the DevOps team to understand deployment pipelines, automation, and infrastructure that support marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Adobe Implementation team to learn how digital analytics and tag management are configured to track user behavior across web properties.
  • Assisting in the development of tables and semantic models in Microsoft Fabric.
  • Supporting KPI dashboards and scorecards for marketing performance tracking.
  • Documenting and optimizing data flows across systems like Adobe, Salesforce, and Marketo.
  • Participating in cross-team workshops to understand how data, technology, and operations intersect in a modern marketing organization.
  • Learning how to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and incorporate feedback into iterative development.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Required qualifications:

  • Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.
  • Graduating August 2026 – May 2028.
  • Preferred fields include but not limited to: Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, Information Systems or related field

Proficiency and understanding of:

  • Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in marketing technology and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Snowflake).
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, tag management systems, or web tracking tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.

Compensation: Internship compensation ranges depend on each individual's level of education, geographic location, and experience/qualifications aligned to the role. Hourly Based Pay Range: Min: $31/hour Max: $46/hour.
