We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with I-9 compliance and other essential HR projects. This is a part-time, temporary position ideal for individuals looking to build foundational HR skills in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• I-9 compliance and audit
• Assist in reviewing and auditing employee I-9 documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal regulations.
• Support the implementation of corrective actions related to I-9 discrepancies.
• Organize digital and paper records in a secure, accessible format.
• Participate in process improvements for I-9 tracking and reporting
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.

Schedule:

• Part-Time: Flexible hours (approximately 20-25 hours per week).
• Temporary: Duration of internship to be determined (projected to end spring 2026).
