Job Description: At Regions, the Home Improvement Financing Funding Services Representative is responsible for handling outbound and inbound funding request calls and processing loan funding requests. In addition, this role is responsible for reviewing and processing loan documentation while ensuring compliance with the Bank's policies and controls.

Primary Responsibilities

• Processes loan documents, loan document requests, and voids & reissues loan documents
• Processes loan application withdrawal requests
• Reviews signed loan documentation and opens the borrower's loan
• Processes loan funding requests
• Handles Funding Management System (FMS) outbound and inbound funding request calls
• Works under general supervision ensuring the Bank's procedures and controls are followed

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.

Monday - Friday, 2:30pm-11:00pm MT Hybrid after Training

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Minimum: $36,500.00 USD Median: $41,540.00 USD
