Fusion CoE Operations + Program Manager
It is an exciting time to be a part of the Oracle Cloud Development organization. As we continue to rapidly introduce new products and enhancements, we are focused on delivering AI capabilities that will help customers automate and transform their business processes. We recently launched an AI Agent Marketplace where trusted, validated AI Agent templates from our global network of certified partners are embedded into Fusion AI Agent Studio alongside Oracle pre-built AI Agent templates. As we continue to grow the Marketplace, we are looking for a strategic, execution-focused program manager to help drive the operational and program management foundation of this platform. This role will ensure the marketplace runs smoothly, scales responsibly, and delivers an exceptional experience for customers and Marketplace partners. As the Fusion COE Operations + Program Manager, you will design processes, manage cross-functional communication, and drive operational excellence across internal and external stakeholder teams. You'll serve as the connective tissue ensuring that Marketplace offerings meet quality, compliance, and user experience standards while also enabling rapid growth. In addition to driving the operational success of AI Agent Marketplace, this role will also assist in the planning, execution, and management of other Fusion COE adoption programs, including collaboration with our customers and partners in their migration to our Redwood Design System as well as the general adoption programs for Fusion AI feature uptake. The successful candidate will possess:
- Program Management Skills: Demonstrated experience organizing and driving structured programs from inception through execution including scoping, planning, prioritization, risk identification/mitigation, issue tracking, and health tracking. Ability to drive decision-making and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
- Organizational + Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to design and optimize repeatable, scalable processes that effectively and efficiently meet stated desired outcomes. Experience tracking KPIs and program success metrics.
- Customer and/or Consulting Partner Relationship Management: Demonstrated strength engaging with customers and consulting partners in productive dialogue to define program outcomes, define plan, and manage to plans to achieve stated desired outcomes. Ability to establish trust, credibility, and long-term partnerships through proactive engagement and consistent communication.
- Enterprise Application Implementation Experience: Experience implementing and sustaining enterprise applications supporting HCM, SCM, CX, and/or ERP such as Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications or similar systems and their AI capabilities is required.
- AI Implementation Experience: Familiarity with Fusion AI capabilities is highly desirable.
- Collaboration Skills: Experience working directly with customers, SI partners, and Support teams to deliver upon stated objectives. Ability to lead without direct authority.
- Critical Thinking Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrated strength in verbal and written communication including to technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to translate complex ideas into business language understood by relevant stakeholders. Ability to effectively lead meetings and cross-team syncs.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Develop and optimize processes for AI Agent Marketplace template submission, testing/certification approval, curation, and lifecycle management. Own day-to-day operational oversight of the AI Agent Marketplace quarterly process that includes intake and certification of new templates. Build governance models for template quality and version control. Partner with Development and Support to identify, triage, and mitigate issues to be resolved (may include Marketplace submissions, engagement in SOAK testing, customer/partner AI adoption, and Redwood migration). Establish and track operational KPIs (e.g. listing quality, user satisfaction, publishing velocity). Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational needs are defined and delivered. Build a framework for continuous improvement across Marketplace operations.
- Program Management: Drive execution cadence including creation of program plans, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and communicating progress to stakeholders. Coordinate across product, Development, COE, Support, and partner relations teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of programs. Identify operational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and unblock teams to maintain delivery timeline.
- Product Adoption: Establish and track customer adoption metrics, including for Marketplace, general AI adoption, and Redwood migration. Identify patterns in customer adoption (or non-adoption) and drive follow-up required to understand contributing factors to customer behavior. Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for programs to be implemented to drive product adoption based upon operational data, stakeholder feedback, and customer usage patterns.
- Track and Measure Success: Use project management tools to transparently track deliverables and customer uptake of AI and Redwood solutions. Deliver regular updates to relevant teams and stakeholders, highlighting status, impact achieved, and key focus areas for adoption programs. Conduct regular program reviews, monitor progress, and escalate/address potential risks or issues.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. - Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
