- Greeting and assisting clients in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments for multiple clinicians and medical providers
- Preparing medical record requests with accuracy and care while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Prioritizing and completing multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
- Managing a multi-line phone system
- Inputting client data into electronic health record system
- Highly motivated team player who is detail-oriented, organized and a quick learner
- Top-notch customer service and communication skills
- Experience and efficiency with standard office procedures and software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a criminal background screening
