Events And Marketing Intern

The Strategic Enrollment Team in the College of Arts and Sciences (ArtSci) is seeking applications for an intern to assist with college-wide events. The ideal candidate should have a desire to learn the basics of how to plan and promote an event, be highly organized, and be familiar with MyUSU and other social media platforms. Expected hours of work will vary throughout the academic year with an average of ten hours per week.

This position will work directly with the instructor to coordinate events in CHSS 3550: Alumni Career Development Series on Fridays 12:30pm-1:20pm. It is preferred that the applicant be available to attend these Friday events to help with the promotion and coordination. Exact duties will take into consideration the intern's interest and aptitudes and may include content creation and distribution, event execution and documentation, and independent research and data analysis.
