If you answered yes to these questions, the Division of Finance & Administration (DFA) invites you to apply for the position of DHHS Division Financial Services Director. This position will serve as the main fiscal officer supporting the Utah State Developmental Center (USDC) and may support other areas within the DHHS. Join a high-performing fiscal team where you'll play a key role in managing significant budgetary resources and utilizing diverse disbursement systems to support critical operations. Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve department goals.

This position will provide crucial financial leadership, oversight, coordination, and direction for both the DFA and the USDC. You'll need a strong grasp of government accounting principles, GAAP, forecasting, data analysis and the State of Utah's budgeting and financial processes. We're looking for a self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual who can quickly learn and use technology to perform complex financial analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a high level of professionalism, are essential.
