Customer Service Representative

Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to consumers by handling inbound calls, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records using internal systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from consumers
  • Research and resolve customer issues over the phone
  • Use computer databases to verify and document information

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, including problem-solving
  • At least 1 year of experience in an office setting using a telephone and computer
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week within site operating hours
  • Familiarity with Windows PC applications and ability to learn new systems

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to navigate computer systems while on calls
  • Strong multitasking skills, including understanding multiple products and benefit levels
  • Consistent focus and productivity, even with repetitive tasks

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

  • Frequent speaking and listening via headset
  • Prolonged sitting and use of hands/fingers for keyboard and mouse
  • Handling objects and working long periods at a computer
  • Moderate noise level typical of a service center (conversations, computers, printers, floor activity)
