Current opening in Provo for a specialized company in need of a reliable and innovative Customer Service Representative to join their team. The right Customer Service Representative for this role is someone who excels at:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding services to clients.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Data entry experience required
- MS office
- 1 year experience in CSR
