Jumpstart your next opportunity today! The Customer Service Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting daily front desk operations while creating a warm, efficient, and professional experience for every client who walks through the door. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients both in person and over the phone, providing friendly and professional support.
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail, as well as posting outgoing mail to ensure timely processing.
- Managing voicemail and faxes, including sorting and distributing them to the appropriate staff.
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service with the ability to remain calm under pressure and deescalate challenging situations.
- Learning new tasks quickly and demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Adapting to and learning new computer software as needed.
- Demonstrating reliability and professionalism in all interactions.
- Showing consistent empathy and understanding while adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degrees in Business Administration, Human Services, or a related field preferred (but not required).
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, reception, administrative support, or front desk operations.
- Experience working in social services, housing programs, nonprofit organizations, or community facing environments is a plus.
- Prior experience handling de-escalation or high-volume client interactions preferred.
