Customer Service Associate

Nexeo HR is hiring Customer Service Associates to join a professional call center team in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional support to customers through both phone and email communication with about half of your time spent responding to incoming customer emails. This position is ideal for individuals with strong computer skills, excellent written communication, and a passion for helping others. Candidates must be available for full training and consistent work throughout the busy holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and inquiries
• Handle inbound customer service calls with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency
• Navigate multiple systems and databases to resolve issues and provide information
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
• Support daily call center operations and contribute to team goals and service quality

Qualifications

• Proficient in computer use, email platforms, and navigating customer service tools
• Average to above-average typing speed and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior customer service or call center experience preferred (but not required)
