The Continuous Quality & Improvement team within the Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS) is looking for a person centered individuals to provide technical assistance and review quality of services and treatment being provided by contracted providers serving the Department of Health and Human Services across the state. The Community-Based Services Reviewer performs contract reviews and implements comprehensive reviews of DHHS external services as assigned or mandated. Includes activities related to service quality, and program compliance. Provides technical assistance, in consultation with senior staff, on grants and contracts for contracted providers. Technical assistance includes reviewing federal, state, department and/or division requirements and ensuring compliance with those requirements. Other duties include monitoring and analyzing the performance of contractors, and ensuring proper fiscal control for services.
