The purpose of this role is to manage customer accounts, ensure timely payments, and provide excellent service by addressing delinquencies, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining accurate records, all while supporting company compliance and fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education: High school diploma
Required Experience: Experience in collections (preferred but not required)
Required Skills and Abilities: Strong negotiation skills, clear and effective speaking voice, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent reliability and attendance, strong communication skills, basic computer literacy, bilingual skills (a plus)
