Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (32 hrs/wk) 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Saturday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) Training Schedule: (approx. 9 weeks) Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM Hourly rate is an estimate only which includes shift differential for nights, evenings or weekend shifts. Overall hourly rates will vary based on schedule and experience.
Primary Purpose: The Client Services Agent demonstrates competence in the policies, procedures and processes associated with delivering excellent customer service at ARUP Laboratories. This position will provide a supportive link between ARUP customers both internal and external, while demonstrating a professional image through phone, email and other communications to ARUP customers.

Qualifications:
Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent or better
Experience Required: Ability to type or 35 WPM and 10 key skills Basic computer skills including internet proficiency and ability to effectively navigate computer and phone systems Remote workers only: internet download speed of 75mbps and upload speed of 50mbps or ability to obtain prior to start date
Preferred: College level courses in medical terminology, biology, communications or related life sciences General medical laboratory experience One (1) year of experience in customer service Familiarity with laboratory information system (LIS) Intermediate computer skills including internet proficiency HIPAA training or knowledge
