Our client, a leading logistics and delivery services provider, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting delivery coordination and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Rep
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Pay Range: $18
Shift: 6 am – 2 pm, 5 days a week, with Sundays guaranteed off and a likely day off on Thursday
Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure smooth delivery operations
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner to maintain high satisfaction levels
Diagnose, assess, and resolve issues related to delivery and logistics
Monitor progress of delivery routes and verify haul-away pods and stamps
Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders efficiently
Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
High school diploma or equivalent
1-year related experience, preferably within a call center environment
Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues satisfactorily
Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
