Responsibilities for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

• Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email; handle complaints professionally and diagnose/resolve service issues to exceed expectations.
• Logistics Coordination: Monitor the progress of delivery routes and process any necessary changes or cancellations to delivery orders in a timely manner.
• Operational Support: Scan haul-away pods, verify stamps, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure the delivery promise is met.

Candidates for Bilingual Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Language Skills: Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish to support our diverse customer base and business partners.
• Technical Proficiency: Professional experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Soft Skills: Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
