Join our dynamic Airport IT team as a Network Support Administrator II, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining, supporting, and enhancing the complex digital infrastructure that powers FIDS (Flight Information Display Systems), PAS (Public Address Systems), and Dynamic Signage throughout our airport facilities. This hands-on role blends technical expertise with customer service, offering a unique opportunity to work across a wide spectrum of systems-including digital display, audio/video distribution, public announcement systems, and airline data integrations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate with hardware and software vendors, implement and maintain cutting-edge technologies, and ensure secure, stable, and efficient networked environments. From troubleshooting high-level networking issues and configuring mobile systems to supporting live digital signage and managing system automation scripts, you'll be instrumental in shaping the traveler experience while strengthening the Airport's communication infrastructure.
