Job Opportunity: Community Support Specialist
Are you willing to make a difference? Come get paid to plan activities, support, and mentor individuals with disabilities in a group community setting. Shifts: Mon - Fri 8am to 4pm. General responsibilities include:
- Interact with each individual to build rapport
- Plan and participate in activities
- Provide support with social and life skills
- Assist in maintaining a clean environment
- Complete daily documentation
- Assist individuals with hygiene or eating
- Transport individuals in company van
General requirements:
- Willingness to submit to and pass a Utah background check and drug screen
- Aptitude to laugh
- Utah Drivers License
- Pass Motor Vehicle report with less than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
