The Accounting Support Clerk provides essential administrative and clerical support to the Research Management Compliance department, with a focus on document management and scanning, and maintains accurate paper and digital files while ensuring confidentiality. This role ensures that financial documents are accurately filed, archived, captured, organized, and accessible, supporting efficient workflow and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. Additionally, the role includes sorting and routing emails to the appropriate team members, distributing physical mail, answering and routing phone calls, and performing other administrative tasks to support the team under moderate supervision.
