We're now hiring a Senior People & Operations Partner to join our Malmö studio and play a key role locally while contributing to global People initiatives.

As Senior People & Operations Partner, you'll lead People operations in Sweden and support the Malmö team day to day. You'll be the first point of contact for Malmö-based employees, managing everything from payroll and compliance to culture and career development.

You'll also collaborate with our global People team on cross-regional initiatives (like reporting, policy development, and process improvements) to help us stay aligned and evolving as one global company.

Location Our Malmo studio is highly attended, and although it is not mandatory, we would prefer to hire a candidate who is comfortable being in person in the Malmo studio at least 3 days a week. There are some who attend 5 days a week so it is a lively environment and we feel it really supports this role in particular.

Key Responsibilities This is a hands-on, globally connected role with a local focus on supporting the Malmö studio. You'll be part of our global People team, working together to shape great experiences across ustwo, while being the first point of contact for the Malmö team.

Support the Malmö team day to day Be the trusted go-to for People & Ops in Malmö, supporting everything from onboarding to employee relations, drive the People annual cycle, studio operations to cultural rituals. You'll help create an inclusive, healthy, and high-performing studio environment.

Manage Malmö payroll and compliance Oversee monthly payroll in partnership with our local provider. Make sure we stay compliant with Swedish employment law, GDPR, immigration processes, insurance and pension, and workplace regulations. You'll also contribute to global compliance work and documentation.

Champion growth and development Help employees and managers navigate career and performance conversations. Make sure people have access to regular feedback, learning opportunities, and support for their growth.

Own local benefits and support global reward Be the main point of contact for Swedish benefits, ensuring they're clear, competitive, and fit for purpose. You'll also support global reward projects like salary reviews, budgeting, and compensation planning.

Contribute to global People projects Work closely with the global People team on shared initiatives like employee engagement, policy development, people data, reporting, and process improvements.

Who You Might Be

• You're proactive and people-first, with a love of making things work well behind the scenes.
• You've managed HR operations in Sweden and are confident in navigating employment law, compliance, and payroll.
• You bring experience across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to employee relations, learning, and change.
• You understand what helps digital, product, and tech teams thrive.
• You're organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently, but love being part of a collaborative team.
• You've worked in international companies before and value cross-cultural connection.
• You know your way around HR systems and processes—experience with HiBob is a bonus.
• You care deeply about creating inclusive environments where everyone feels supported and heard.
• You're comfortable partnering with Finance on budgets, salary planning, and people data.

Remuneration Our Senior People salary bandings are 40,000k - 50,000k SEK per month depending on experience. Our full benefits package is available to all permanent employees.
