Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Should be able to walk in and around the property, spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining the property curb appeal.
